Wicked Fish is all about seafood, burgers & dogz with a bite! 

Sick of low quality and highly priced local food, we had to take matters into our own hands! It was time to open a fish and chip shop with a twist… 

Made with fresh, ethically sourced ingredients from top quality suppliers. Crispy fresh gluten free batter, home made tartar sauce and fresh live Scottish lobster.

I came across the opportunity to open when local legend and Wick Burger owner Grace, was giving her spot away. There was no way her replacement could be any old junk! So after being vetted by Grace for 3 days (seriously) she finally decided I was worthy to take on her iconic spot, and the rest is history…

But I couldn’t do it myself, so I asked an old friend for help – a veteran head chef who has been cooking his entire life working as Head Chef at restaurants such as Belgo and Tonkotsu. He helped me design the kitchen and the recipes and together we could bring it to life and open up our stand in Queens Yard, White Post Lane, E9

On the 1st of August 2021 The Wicked Fish landed in the yard and my builder friends worked around the clock to make it ready for the Queens Yard Festival. I can’t count my blessings, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of my fantastic friends and colleagues, so thank you all!
